A range of pictures today. First the green hen sitting tightly on her three egg nest.

This little deep yellow hen is sitting on 4 fertile eggs. Her mate is the father of my big winning hen from last season. Her eggs are due to hatch from Monday next week.

And the babies - thriving I hope. Their parents are both last year's birds so not experienced parents so I hope they manage well. They seem attentive at the moment.
